淫羊藿育宝汤对肾阳亏虚型不育症患者精液常规及性激素水平的影响

目的：探讨淫羊藿育宝汤对肾阳亏虚型不育症患者精液常规及性激素水平的影响.方法：选取符合纳入标准的病例169例,按随机方法分为中药组86例和对照组83例,观察两组治疗前后精液常规、性激素五项的变化.结果：两组治疗后各项精液常规比较,中药组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后各项激素检验比较,除对促卵泡刺激素、泌乳素无明显影响（P＞0.05）外,中药组对促黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮的含量明显高于对照组.随访6个月后,中药组有25例夫妇受孕成功,总有效率为86.05％,对照组仅9例夫妇受孕成功,总有效率为72.29％,两组有明显差异（P＞0.05）.结论：淫羊藿育宝汤可明显改善肾阳亏虚型不育症患者精液异常状况,提高性激素水平,提升授孕能力.

Influence of Yinyanghuoyubao Decoction on semen and sex hormones of patients with kidney-yang deficiency infertility

Objectives： To explore the influence of yinyanghuoyubao decoction on semen and sex hormones of patients with kidney-yang deficiency infertility.Method： We selected 169 eligible patients and randomly divided them into 2 groups： 86 cases in the TCM group and 83 cases in the control group.Observations were made of the changes of semen routine test results and levels of FSH,LH,E2,T and PRL in semen of patients before and after treatment.Results： The semen routine test results of TCM group were significantly better than the results of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.There was no apparent changes in terms of the amount of FSH and PRL in both groups （P ＞ 0.05）,but the changes of LH,E2 and T of patients in TCM group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Mter a six-month follow-up,25 patients in TCM group got pregnant successfully.The total effective rate was 86.05％.As for the control group,only 9 patients got pregnant with the total effective rate of 72.29％.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion： Yinyanghuoyubao decoction could effectively improve the semen condition of patients with kidney-yang deficiency infertility,and increase the levels of sex hormone and pregnancy possibilities.
