输卵管再通术联合中药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效分析

目的：比较介入术联合中药的方法和西医常规方法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效.方法：选取我院2008年8月至2012年1月收治的106例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者,其中55例患者为试验组,在输卵管再通术（fallopian tuberecanalization,FTR）后行中医内外合治（灌肠、内服）联合宫腔通液术;51例患者为对照组,行西医常规治疗,即采用FTR和宫腔通液术.术后所有患者随访1年,记录两组的生育情况和输卵管通畅程度,比较两种方法的疗效.两组的年龄、不孕年限、阻塞程度等一般情况无统计学差异（P＞0.05）,具有可比性.结果：试验组的妊娠率显著多于对照组,异位妊娠率则小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;在输卵管通畅程度上,各型阻塞程度的患者试验组的改善率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：介入术联合中医药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效较好,值得在临床上推广.

Curative effect of intervention operation combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility

Objectives： To compare the clinical curative effect of intervention operation combined with tra- ditional Chinese Medicine and routine western medicine in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility （ OBI ）. Methods： 106 patients with OBI in our hospital from August 2008 to January 2012 were chose and divided into 2 groups. The experiment group （55 patients） received internal and external Chinese Medicine treatment （enema, o- ral） combined with uterine hydrotubation after fallopian tuberecanalization （FTR）, while control group （51 pa- tients） received routine western medicine treatment, i.e. FrR and uterine hydrotubation. All patients were followed up for 1 year after the treatment, and the fertility and fallopian tube patency were recorded, to compare the curative effect. Results ： The pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of the experiment group was significantly higher and lower than the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; improvements in patients of various fallopian tube obstruction in the experiment group was significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Intervention operation combined with Chinese Medicine exerts better curative effect in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility, worthy popularizing in clinical settings.
