中西医综合疗法治疗心理性勃起功能障碍97例疗效分析

目的:探讨中西医综合疗法治疗心理性ED的疗效并进行分析。方法:将195例心理性ED随机分为对照组(98例)和治疗组(97例)。对照组采用性心理治疗和性行为治疗,并辅以一般西药治疗;治疗组在上述基础上加用壮阳参地丸,疗程1～3个月观察疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,P0.05。结论:加用壮阳参地丸的中西医综合疗法治疗心理性ED疗效显著,值得推广。

Treatment on 97 cases of psychological erectile dysfunction with combined Chinese and western medicine

Objectives：To explore and analyze the therapeutic effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on psychological ED. Methods： One hundred and Ninety-five Psychological ED patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （97 cases） and the control group（98 cases）. The control group was treated with psychological and behavioral therapy, supplemented with western medicine, while the treatment group received further treatment with traditional Chinese medicine-Zhuangyao Cendiwan pills in addition to all the therapies used in the control group. The therapeutic effects were observed after three months of treatment. Results： The therapeutic effects in treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western medicine have significant effects on the treatment of psychological ED, and its practice in clinics should be promoted.
