人工流产后使用外科手术用防粘连冲洗液预防宫腔粘连效果研究

目的:探究与分析人工流产后使用外科手术用防粘连冲洗液预防宫腔粘连。方法:选取我院自2014年4月至2016年4月收治的80例接受人工流产术的妇女,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组术后给予常规口服抗生素预防感染,观察组在对照组基础上加用外科手术用防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注以预防宫腔粘连,对比两组腹痛持续时间、阴道流血时间、术后出血量、月经恢复时间及宫腔粘连发生率。结果:观察组较对照组相比腹痛持续时间、阴道流血时间、术后月经恢复时间明显缩短,术后出血量明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组宫腔粘连发病率为20.00%,观察组宫腔粘连发病率为5.00%,观察组较对照组相比宫腔粘连发病率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在常规治疗预防感染的基础上加用外科手术用防粘连冲洗液预防宫腔粘连的临床效果显著,可促进改善预后,降低宫腔粘连的发病率。

Effect of surgical antiblocking rinses in preventing intrauterine adhesions after abortion surgery

Objectives:To probe into the effect of surgical antiblocking rinses in preventing intrauterine adhesions after abortion surgery.Methods:80 patients received abortion in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral antibiotics to prevent infection and the observation group received additionally surbical antiblocking rinses to prevent intrauterine adhesions.The duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding time and blood loss,postoperative recovery time of menstruation and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding time,postoperative recovery time of menstruation was obviously shorter in the observation group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in control group and observation group was 20.00％ and 5.00％ respectively,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional infection prevention,additional use of surgical antiblocking rinses is of remarkable effect in preventing intrauterine adhesions,which can improve prognosis and decrease the incidence of intrauterine adhesions.
