固冲益肾方联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响

目的:探讨固冲益肾方联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者76例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。观察组与对照组均以左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。观察组在此基础上口服固冲益肾方。检查并记录两组患者治疗前后的月经量、血红蛋白浓度、子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平和不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.74%高于对照组总有效率78.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后的月经量、子宫内膜厚度和血红蛋白浓度均较治疗前有所改善(P0.05),但两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的E2均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。而FSH和LH则无明显差异(P0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:固冲益肾方联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效显著,并能够改善性激素水平,且不良反应少。

Curative effect of Guchong Yishen Fang combined with levonorgestrel for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its effect on the patients' sex hormone level

Objectives:To explore the curative effect of Guchong Yishen Fang combined with Levonorgestrel for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its effects on the patients' hormone levels.Methods:76 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital between May 2013 and May 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were given Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine for treatment and patients in the observation group were given additional treatment with oral administration of Guchong Yishen Fang.The menstrual blood volume,hemoglobin concentration,endometrial thickness,estradiol (E2),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was registered at 94.74％,higher than that in the control group of 78.95％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Menstrual blood volume,hemoglobin concentration and endometrial thickness in the two groups were improved after the treatment (P ＜ 0.05),without significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the level of E2was reduced in both groups,more significant in the obsevation group,both with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference registered in FSH and LH between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,where the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Guchoug Yishen Fang combined with Levonorgestrel is of significant curative effect in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which can significantly reduce the sex hormone levels with few adverse reactions.
