育龄女性子宫切除前后性激素相关指标变化分析

目的:分析育龄女性子宫切除前后性激素指标的变化,为育龄子宫切除女性术后康复治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2013年5月至2016年5月在我院行子宫切除术的育龄女性60例患者的临床资料及随访资料,根据患者所采取的手术方式不同将其分为开腹全子宫切除术组(32例)和开腹次全子宫切除术(28例),选择同期我院就诊的孕期与子宫切除患者相匹配的正常生产女性作为对照组,比较两组患者术前与对照组的性激素6项指标,比较两组患者术前、术后1个月、术后3个月性激素指标的变化,分析育龄女性子宫切除前后性激素的变化。结果:两组患者术前性激素6项检查结果与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),术后1个月、2个月,两组患者性激素6项中的促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)均较治疗前明显升高(P0.05),雌二醇(E_2)、催乳素(PRL)和孕酮(P)围术期变化差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:子宫切除术对育龄女性的性激素水平会产生影响,围术期应适当予以激素替代治疗,以维持患者术后内分泌平衡。

Changes in sex hormone related indicators between before and after hysterectomy of women of childbearing age

Objectives:To analyze the changes in sex hormones indicators between before and after hysterectomy of women of childbearing age to provide references for the postoperative rehabilitation therapy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data and follow-up data of 60 women of childbearing age received hysterectomy in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital.The 60 women,according to the surgical approach,were divided into laparotomy hysterectomy group (32 cases) and subtotal hysterectomy group (28 cases).Healthy women in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The sex hormones indicators were compared between the two hysterectomy groups and the control group.The changes in sex hormones indicators between the two groups at pre-operation,postoperative a month and 3 months were compared,to analyze the changes in sex hormones indicators between before and after hysterectomy of women of childbearing age.Results:Differences in preoperative sex hormones indicators between the two hysterectomy groups and the control group were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05),but the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T) was significantly higher in the two hysterectomy groups postoperative a month and 3 months than those before treatment (P ＜0.05),estradiol (E2),prolactin (PRL) and progesterone (P) during the perioperative period difference no statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Hysterectomy has certain impact on the sex hormone levels of women of childbearing age,so perioperative hormone replacement therapy should be given appropriately to maintain the balance of endocrine.
