宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术在难治性功能失调性子宫出血治疗中的应用效果分析

目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术用于难治性功能失调性子宫出血患者临床治疗中效果分析。方法:通过分析2011年4月到2015年6月医院收治82例难治性功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,其中41例患者行宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗(观察组),41例患者给予常规药物治疗(对照组),治疗结束对比分析两种方法临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者月经量水平无显著差异(P0.05),治疗后观察组患者月经量水平显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前两组患者E2、LH和FSH三项激素水平以及子宫内膜厚度无显著差异(P0.05);治疗结束观察组患者三项性激素水平无显著变化,同时治疗结束LH和FSH两项指标组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),E2及子宫内膜厚度组间差异显著(P0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下宫内膜电切术临床治疗难治性功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效显著,可有效减少患者子宫出血量,临床指导推广。

Application of hysteroscopic endometrial TURP in treating refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic endometrial TURP in treating patients with refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from April 2011 to June 2015 was analyzed,including 41 ones receiving hysteroscopic endometrial TURP (study group) and 41 ones receiving conventional treatment (control group).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Difference in menstrual blood volume between the two groups before treatment was not significant (P ＞ 0.05),but after treatment the menstrual blood volume of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Difference in the E2,LH and FSH hormone levels and endometrial thickness was not significant between the two groups was not significant before treatment (P ＞ 0.05),but after treatment the changes in the hormone levels was not significant.After treatment,difference in LH and FSH between the two groups was not statistically significance (P ＞ 0.05),but difference in endometrial thickness and E2 between the two groups was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The hysteroscopic endometrial TURP is of remarkable effect in treating refractory dysfunctional bleeding and reduce the amount of bleeding,thusly worth clinical promotion.
