复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性不育症的Meta分析

目的:利用Meta分析评价复方玄驹胶囊治疗不育症的临床效果。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI数据库、VIP数据库、万方数据库,纳入复方玄驹胶囊治疗不育症的随机对照治疗(RCT),并进行方法学质量评价,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行统计分析,并行发表偏倚评估分析。结果:9篇RCT文献纳入本项研究,累计病例918例。Meta分析结果显示:复方玄驹胶囊治疗后总有效率高于对照组RR=1.17,95%CI(1.06,1.29),P=0.002],在改善和提高精子密度WMD=6.87,95%CI(5.83,7.91),P<0.00001]、精子活动率WMD=7.42,95%CI(0.56,14.28),P=0.03]、A级精子率WMD=2.85,95%CI(0.62,5.08),P=0.01]、A+B级精子率WMD=6.09,95%CI(2.85,9.33),P=0.0002]均高于对照组。结论:基于当前证据,复方玄驹胶囊治疗不育症疗效较好,是治疗不育症有效的中成药。

Systematic review of FuFang XuanJu capsule in the treatment of male infertility

Objectives:To assess the efficacy of FuFang XuanJu capsule in the treatment of male infertility.Methods:The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involved were collected from the database,such as CBMdisc,CNKI,VIP and Wangfang.After the necessary methodological quality evaluation on the selected studies and assessment of publication bias,the statics analysis was conducted by the software RevMan5.3.Results:Nine ehgible reports were identified in this study,including 918 cases.The meta-analysis results showed FuFang XuanJu capsule in the treatment of male infertility had higher effectiveness than the drugs used in control groups,which could significantly improve the total effective ratio RR =1.17,95％ CI (1.06,1.29),P =0.002],the sperm concentration WMD =6.87,95％CI (5.83,7.91),P ＜0.00001],sperm motility WMD =7.42,95％CI (0.56,14.28),P =0.03],grade A sperm rate WMD =2.85,95％ CI (0.62,5.08),P =0.01],grade A + B sperm rate WMD =6.09,95 ％ CI (2.85,9.33),P =0.0002].Conclusion:Based on current evidence,FuFang XuanJu capsule is effective in the treatment of male infertility with better curative effect.
