深圳光明地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:了解深圳光明地区泌尿生殖系支原体感染特点及药敏特征。方法:对2011年1月至2012年12月来深圳光明地区两家医院4956例泌尿生殖系感染患者的标本进行支原体培养及药敏实验,统计支原体的检出率并对药敏结果进行分析。结果:支原体阳性2682例,阳性率54.1%,解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(Mh)及UU和Mh混合感染的阳性率分别是45.4%、0.7%和12.6%,药敏结果显示UU对强力霉素、米若环素最为敏感分别是95.7%和90.3%,其次是交沙霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素;Mh对强力霉素、米若环素最为敏感,分别是93.8%和94.3%,其次是交沙霉素;Uu+Mh对强力霉素、米若环素最为敏感,分别是91.6%和94.4%。结论:深圳光明地区泌尿生殖系感染的主要以UU为主,其次是UU和Mh引起的混合感染,单独由Mh引起的感染较少,而且三者对抗生素的敏感性存在一定的差异,临床医师一定要根据药敏的结果选择恰当的抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的产生。

Abstract:Objectives: To explore the features of genitourinary mycoplasma infection and its drug susceptibility in Guangming District, Shenzhen. Methods: Samples from 4956 patients with genitourinary infection were collected for mycoplasma culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test(AST) . The patients were admitted into the two hospitals of Shenzhen Guangming District from January 2011 to December 2012. Mycoplasma detection rate and AST results were statistically analyzed. Results : Mycoplasma was detected in 2682 patients with the positive rate of 541 1%. Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) , Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) , UU and Mh mixed infection positive rate was 45.4%, 0. 7% and 12.6% respectively. AST results showed that the most sensitive drugs for UU were Doxyeyeline and Minocyeline, respectively 95.7% and 90. 3%, followed by Josamycin, Clarithromycin and Azithromycin. The most sensitive drugs for Mh were Doxycyeline and Minocyeline, respectively 93. 8% and 94. 3%, followed by Josamyein. The most sensitive drugs for UU and Mh mixed infection were Doxycycline and Minocycline, respectively 91.6% and 94.4%. Conclusion: The genitourinary infections in Guangming District, Shenzhen were mainly caused by UU, followed by UU/Mh mixed infection, and least caused by Mh. The sensitivities to antibiotics were different for the three mycoplasma infections. Therefore, clinicians have to choose the appropriate antibiotics for genitourinary mycoplasma infection based on AST results to reduce the drug - resistance.
