子宫全切术与次全切除术对子宫肌瘤患者性生活的影响

目的：探讨子宫全切术与次全切除术对子宫肌瘤患者性生活的影响。方法：选择我院2009年6月-2012年6月妇科收治的107例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，根据手术方式不同分为A组和B组，A组患者采用子宫全切术进行治疗，B组患者则采用次全切除术进行治疗。采用最新的国际女性性功能评估量表分别于治疗前和手术后6个月调查两组患者术后性生活情况。结果：入组时，两组患者国际女性性功能评估量表各维度得分无显著性差异（P〉0．05），手术后6个月，B组患者国际女性性功能评估量表各维度得分均明显高于A组患者，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：子宫肌瘤患者子宫次全切除术对子宫肌瘤患者性生活的影响较小，应慎重采用子宫全切术。

Effects of hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy on sexual life of patients with uterine fibroid

Objectives： To study the effects of hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy on sexual life of patients with uterine fibroid. Methods： 107 patients with uterine fibroid who came to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B. Hysterectomy was carried out in group A, and subtotal hysterectomy in group B. Both group Ag and B~ sexual lives were evaluated with the latest international assessment scale of female sexual function before and six months after the treatment. Results： Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of their scores of international female sexual function assessment scale （ P 〉 0. 05）. Six months after the surgery, the scores of group B were significantly higher than those of group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Subtotal hysterectomy has less impact on sexual life of patients with uterine fibroid.
