抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体在不育夫妇血清中的表达及意义

目的:探讨抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体在不育夫妇血清中的表达和意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测50对不育夫妇和40对正常生育夫妇血清中抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体的表达情况及精液分析。结果:不育组男性血清抗精子抗体表达较对照组明显增高(P0.05),抗心磷脂抗体表达无统计学意义。不孕组女性抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体表达较对照组明显增高具有统计学意义(P0.05)。男性中抗精子抗体阳性对精液量、PH值、精子密度及b级精子无影响。精子活率、a级精子、直线运动速度和曲线运动速度实验组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:抗精子抗体可降低精液质量;抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体影响精子活率及精子运动,从而导致不孕不育。

The expression and value of antisperm antibody and anticardiolipin antibody in the serum of infertile couples

Objectives ： To investigate the expression and significance of antisperm antibody （AsAb） and anticardiolipin an- tibody （ACA） in infertile couples. Methods： Detecting the expression of AsAb and ACA in the serum of 50 infertile couples and 40 healthy couples by ELISA. Results： The expression of AsAb in infertile male group was higher than control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. The expression of AsAb in infertile female group was higher than control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of expression of ACA between infertile male group and control group was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The difference of expression of ACA between infertile female group and control group was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing semen parameter between AsAb positive and ACA negative infertile men in the experimental group and AsAb negative and ACA negative fertile men in the control group,there was no difference in capacity of semen, PH, density of sperm and sperm in B stage（ P 〉0.05 ）, but motility rate of sperm, sperm capacity in A stage,linear velocity and curve velocity in control group were higher than experimental group and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： AsAb can lower the quality of semen and result in infertility. ASAb and ACA were important immunological factors that can cause infertility.
