壮药前列舒外洗剂对慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

目的：观察壮药前列舒外洗剂对慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将360例湿热挟瘀证慢性前列腺炎患者按症状分为Ⅱ、ⅢA 和ⅢB型，各型又随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以壮药前列舒外洗剂，对照组予以前列安栓，两组均以28d为1个疗程。观察各组患者的中医证候学评分、NIH-CPSI评分及白细胞计数，判断临床疗效。结果：治疗后，在总有效率、中医证候学评分、NIH-CPSI评分及白细胞计数变化方面差异有统计学意义，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：壮药前列舒外洗剂对慢性前列腺炎有较好的疗效。

Clinical effect of qianlieshu lotion in treatment of chronic prostatitis

Objectives：To observe the therapeutic effect of the Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu lotion on chro-nic prostatitis （CP）.Methods：According to the chronic prostatitis symptom index,360 cases of CP （Damp-heat with Blood Stasis syndrome）were divided into three types：Ⅱ,ⅢA andⅢB.In each group,the patients were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group,treated successively with the Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu lo-tion and Qianlie Anshuan.The efficacy was evaluated through traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）symptom score,＆amp;nbsp;NIH-CPSI score and the white cell count after 4 weeks follow-up.Results：After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Differences in the NIH-CPSI,TCM symptom score,the white cell count and total effective rate between the two groups were of statistical significance （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of the Zhuang medicine Qianlieshu lotion on CP is satis-factory.
