子宫部分切除术与全子宫切除对子宫肌瘤患者术后性生活质量的影响

目的：探讨子宫部分切除术与全子宫切除对子宫肌瘤患者术后性生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析2011年5月至2013年5月我院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果：治疗后子宫部分切除术组患者的性欲异常症状、性唤起异常症状、性高潮异常症状、性心理异常症状、性行为异常症状评分及综合评分均明显比全子宫切除术组高，性生活质量提升程度明显比全子宫切除术组高（P＜0.05）；术后1个月子宫部分切除术组患者的E2水平明显比全子宫切除术组高，FSH、LH水平均明显比全子宫切除术组低，性激素水平改善程度明显比全子宫切除术组高（P＜0.05）。结论：子宫部分切除比全子宫切除对子宫肌瘤患者术后性生活质量的影响小，值得推广。

Influence on postoperative sexual life quality of uterine fibroids patients having received uterine partial re-section and hysterectomy

Objectives：To investigate the influence on postoperative sexual life quality of uterine fibroids patients having received uterine partial resection and hysterectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 1 00 uterine fibroid patients in our hospital from May 201 1 to May 201 3 was retrospectively analyzed.Results：After treatment, the score and composite score of abnormal sexual arousal symptoms,orgasm abnormal symptoms,psychological ab-normalities,abnormal sexual symptom of the uterus partial nephrectomy group were significantly higher than hyster-ectomy group.The improving degree of sexual life quality of uterus partial nephrectomy group was significantly higher than hysterectomy group （P〈0.05）;After one month of treatment,the E2 level of uterus partial nephrectomy group was significantly higher.The FSH,LH levels of uterus partial nephrectomy group were significantly lower.The im-proving degree of sex hormone levels of uterus partial nephrectomy group was significantly higher than that of the hysterectomy group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Uterine partial excision has smaller impact on the sexual life quality of patients with uterine fibroids than hysterectomy,so is worthy of promoting.
