腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者血清性激素水平及术后生活质量的影响

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者血清性激素水平及术后生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2011年7月至2015年6月期间我院确诊治疗的子宫肌瘤患者152例,依据手术方法分为腹腔镜组和对照组,每组76例,对照组患者给予常规开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,腹腔镜组患者给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测所有患者促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估所有患者生活质量,统计分析所有患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治疗前后血清性激素水平及术后1、2、3个月的生活质量。结果:腹腔镜组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);腹腔镜组患者治疗后血清FSH、LH、E2水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);腹腔镜组患者术后1、2、3个月的SF-36得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术可有效提高子宫肌瘤患者手术疗效,改善患者血清性激素水平,有利于提高患者术后生活质量,值得临床作进一步推广。

Effect of laparoscopic hysteromyoma on serum sex hormone levels and postoperative quality of sex life of patients with uterine fibroids

Objectives:To discuss the effect of laparoscopic hysteromyoma on serum sex hormone levels and postoperative quality of sex life of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:152 patients with hysteromyoma were selected from July 2011 to June 2015 in our hospitals.According to the operation method,the patients were divided into laparoscopic group and control group,76 cases in each group.Control group received laparotomy hysteromyoma and laparoscopic group received laparoscopy hysteromyoma.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was used to detect follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol (E2) levels of the patients,and the health survey profiles (SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of sex life.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment and quality of sex life 1,2,3 months after the treatment were analyzed.Results:Operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than these of control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,serum levels of FSH,LH and E2 in Laparoscopic group were better than these in control group (P ＜ 0.05).1,2,3 months after the treatment,SF-36 score of laparoscopic group was significantly higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy hysteromyoma can effectively improve the patients' serum sex hormone levels and quality of sex life,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
