利多卡因针宫颈注射联合利多卡因凝胶宫腔灌注用于人工流产镇痛效果观察

目的:观察利多卡因针宫颈注射联合利多卡因凝胶宫腔灌注用于人工流产镇痛效果。方法:将90例符合入选标准的自愿要求终止妊娠患者随机分成对照组45例和观察组45例,对照组给予单纯利多卡因针宫颈注射,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以利多卡因凝胶宫腔灌注。观察并记录两组患者术中和术后疼痛评分、手术时间、术中出血量。结果:观察组患者术中、术后疼痛评分均低于对照组患者,观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组间比较有统计学差异(P0.01)。结论:采用利多卡因针宫颈注射联合利多卡因凝胶宫腔灌注进行镇痛更具有优越性,能够有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻患者的疼痛程度,可作为一种简便有效的人流镇痛。

Analgesic effect of lidocaine cervical injection combined with lidocaine gel uterine infusion in artificial abortion

Objectives:To observe the analgesic effect of lidocaine injection in cervix combined with lidocaine gel infusion in uterine cavity in artificial abortion.Methods:90 patients met the inclusion criteria of voluntary termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases).The control group was treated with lidocaine needle cervical injection,and the observation group received lidocaine gel uterine infusion additionally.The pain score,operation time,amount of bleeding during and after operation in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The postoperative pain score of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time and intra-operative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than the control group,both with statistically significant difference (P ＜0.01).Conclusion:The cervical injection of lidocaine combined with lidocaine gel uterine infusion is effective in analgesia,which can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce intra-operative blood loss,and reduce the pain of patients.It is a simple and effective analgesia method for artificial abortion.
