| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合疗法在勃起功能障碍治疗中的效果.方法:收集92例勃起功能障碍患者,分为治疗组和对照组,分别使用中西医结合和单纯西医疗法进行治疗,对比两组的疗效差异.结果:对照组治疗总的有效率为76.1％,治疗组治疗总的有效率为89.1％,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合疗法效果较单一西医治疗更好,是一种较理想的勃起功能障碍治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objectives： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of e- rectile dysfunction. Methods： Ninety - two patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group was only provided with western medical treatment ,while the treatment group was given integrated west- ern and Chinese medical treatment. The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was then compared. Results： The total effective rate was 76. 1% for the control group, and 89. 1% for the treatment group. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than tile control group, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrated Chinese and Western medicine has better effects in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. |
