微管微创流产技术临床应用效果研究

摘    要:目的:应用GB-88微管微创妇产科引流仪对5~8周早孕妇女实施人工流产手术,通过与传统负压吸引术对比研究,为GB-88微管微创妇产科引流仪的临床推广提供有价值的数据。方法:收集早孕5—8周要求实施流产手术的对象,分成两个组,即微管微创手术组和传统方法手术组,观察并记录两组术中出血、疼痛等情况,并对术后流血及月经恢复时间等进行随访记录。用统计学方法对比两组之间的差异。结果:在平均妊娠时间(孕囊大小)相同的情况下,微管微创组与传统手术组相比,术前需要扩张宫颈比例和扩宫大小、术中出血量和疼痛程度均明显减少,手术时间略有增加。术后随访出血量和出血时间及月经恢复情况,两组间无明显差异。结论:微管微创人工流产方法较传统方法对受术者损伤小,痛苦减轻,术中穿孔等危险性低,更容易被患者接受。

Abstract:Objectives: GB -88 minimally invasive micro -tube drainage apparatus was used to conduct induced abortion. Its effect was compared with traditional negative - pressure suction to provide evidence for further promotion of GB - 88 drainage apparatus in clinics. Methods : Patients requiring induced abortion after 5 - 8 weeks of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups, namely, micro - tube drainage group and traditional suction group. Bleeding and pain were recorded during operation process, while the post - operation bleeding and menses recovery were recorded in the follow - up visits. Statistical analysis was used to compare the difference. Results : In the case of similar pregnancy period, the minimally invasive micro - tube technique required smaller cervix dilatation and longer operation time, produced less bleeding and pain as compared with the traditional technique. There exists no difference between the two groups in bleeding time and amount, and menses recovery in the follow - up study. Conclusion: Minimally invasive micro -tube technique produces minor injure, less pain, lower risk and greater acceptability for patients.
