12例神经梅毒临床症状与疗效分析

 目的:评估抗梅毒治疗对神经梅毒患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2017年6月至2019年9月期间在我科住院的12例神经梅毒患者，对比治疗前后血RPR滴度及脑脊液白细胞计数、蛋白量、RPR滴度，评估治疗前后患者病情是否改善。结果：12例患者治疗后血RPR滴度从5.50±1.98下降至4.25±1.87，差异有统计学意义（t=2.32,P=0.04）;脑脊液白细胞计数（Z=3.06，P=0.002)、蛋白量(Z=3.14，P=0.009）明显下降，脑脊液RPR滴度无明显变化(Z=1.60,P=0.110)。9例临床症状改善。结论：规则、足量的抗神经梅毒治疗可使大部分患者获临床改善。

Analysis of clinical symptoms and therapeutic outcomes of 12 cases with neurosyphilis

Objective:To evaluate the improvement of the patients'condition after anti-syphilis treatment.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and the results of laboratory tests from 12 neurosyphilis patients who were hospitalized in our department from June 2017 to September 2019.Clinical symptoms,blood RPR titer,the number of cerebrospinal fluid leukocytes,the amount of protein,and cerebrospinal fluid RPR titer were compared before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the blood RPR titer was decreased from 5.50±1.98 to 4.25±1.87(t=2.32,P=0.04).Similarly,white blood cell count(Z=3.06,P=0.002)and protein levels(Z=3.14,P=0.009)in the cerebrospinal fluid were significantly decreased following the treatment,while the RPR titer of cerebrospinal fluid did not change significantly(Z=1.60,P=0.110).Moreover,improvements in the clinical symptoms were observed in 9 cases.Conclusion:Standradized anti-neurosyphilis treatment can improve clinical signs and symptoms in most patients.
