| 摘 要： | 目的 观察止血环酸抑制黑素瘤细胞的黑素合成作用并探讨其机理。方法 比色法和免疫组化法分别用于B16黑素瘤细胞黑素含量测定和酪氨酸酶测定，氨基酸自动分析仪和高效液相色谱用于酪氨酸酶代谢的测定。结果 止血环酸虽不能抑制B16黑素瘤细胞生长和减少黑素瘤细胞酪氨酸酶含量，但能干扰酪氨酸酶对酪氨酸的催化作用，减少黑素合成。结论 止血环酸是通过干扰酪氨酸酶的酪氨酸催化作用抑制黑素合成。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of acidum tranexamicum on melanogenesis of B16 melanoma cells and mechanism. Methods Colorimetry and immunohistochemistry were used to measure melanogenesis of B16 melanoma cells. Automatic amino acid analysis systemer and high performance liquid chromatography were used to evaluate the tyrosinase metabolism. Results Although acidum tranexamicum had no effect on proliferation and tyrosinase content of B16 melanoma cells, it can reduce melanogenesis of B16 melanoma cells and interfere the catalytic reaction of tyrosinase to tyrosine. Conclusion Acidum tranexamicum can inhibit melanogenesis by interfering catalytic reaction of tyrosinase . |
