| Abstract: | Objective To study the interaction between amphotericin B and itraconazole to yeasts in vitro.Methods According to M27-A method of NCCLS,the checkerboard microdilution method was applied to analyze 28 strains of yeasts to find in vitro interaction.Results Compared with the single agents,there were significant reductions in the geometric mean of the MIC of the combinations(P<0.05).Synergitic and additive interactions were obviously observed.The average value of FICIs was 0.999.Conclusion Antifungal synergy i... |
