中西药结合治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床研究

目的观察中西药结合治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效观察。方法将145例患者随机分为对照组A（42例），对照组B（42例），治疗组C（61例）。对照组A服用润肤止瘁汤治疗，对照组B服用盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗，治疗组C两种药联合治疗。结果①三组临床疗效比较：对照组A与对照组B疗效一样，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05），并且治疗组C有效率（85．24％）和痊愈率（70．49％）最高，明显优于对照组A和对照组B，差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。②三组治疗前后积分变化情况：三组在入组当天积分差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。治疗4周后，组内治疗前后积分差值比较均有显著性（P〈0．01），而且治疗组明显优于对照组A和B（P〈0．01；P〈0．01）。同时联合治疗起效时间也明显短于单一治疗，在治疗2周后，治疗组积分与对照组A和B相比差异均有显著性（P〈0．01），但对照组A和B之间无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论说明中西药结合治疗皮肤瘙痒症因其疗效高、起效快、不良反应少等优势。

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Skin Pruritus

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on skin pruritus. Methods 145 patients were randomly divided into control group A（42）, control group B（42） and treatment group C （61）. 42 cases in control group A were treated with Runfu Zhiyang decoction, 42 cases in control group B were treated with Levocetirizine tablet, and 61 cases in treatment group C were treated with integrated medicine above. Results ① Comparation of curative effect： there were no significant differences between control group A and B （P〉0.05）. While compared with control group A and B, the total effective rate and cured rate of treatment group C was the highest （85.24% and 70.49%, respectively）.② Comparation of score change： there were no significant differences in these three groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After four weeks＇ treatment, all the patients in these groups showed substantial improvement in score change （P〈0.01）, especially in treatment group C. Moreover, the treatment group C which treated with integrated medicine had better effect than the control group A and B which treated with single medicine after two weeks＇ treatment （P〈0.01）. However, there were no significant differences between control group A and B （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine provides a feasible approach for skin pruritus, which demonstrates the rapid, desirable effect and mild side-effect.
