| 摘 要： | 目的了解IgE在带状疱疹的发生、发展中的作用.方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法,分别检测40例带状疱疹患者在患病期及临床治愈后血清IgE水平变化,并以20例正常人为对照组.结果患病组血清IgE水平高于对照组,P<0.01,治愈后血清IgE水平与对照组无统计学差异,血清IgE随着带状疱疹病情的好转而呈下降趋势.结论 IgE在带状疱疹的发生、发展中具有一定的临床意义,值得进一步研究. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of IgE on development of herpes zoster. Methods Serum IgE levels was determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 40 patients with herpes zoster of acute and remission stages and 20 normal control. Results The levels of serum IgE in patients with herpes zoster in acute stage was higher than that of controls and patients in remission stage. However, after the treatment with acyclovir injections no difference of serum IgE levels between patients and controls was noticed. Conclusion Serum IgE plays an important role in the development of herpes zoster. |
