复方甘草酸苷片与米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃有效性和安全性的Meta分析

目的系统评价复方甘草酸苷片与米诺地尔酊治疗轻型斑秃(AA)的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库及中国期刊全文数据库,纳入比较复方甘草酸苷片与米诺地尔酊治疗轻型斑秃的随机对照试验(RCT),对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,并应用Rev Man5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入20项RCT,合计2026例患者。Meta分析结果表明,复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔酊可有效治疗轻型AA,总有效率OR=3.87,95%C(I 3.06,4.88),Z=11.34,P<0.00001],差异有统计学意义;2组的不良反应RR=0.97,95%CI(0.64,1.45),Z=0.17,P=0.87],差异无统计学意义;2组脱发严重程度工具(SALT)评分SMD=-2.83,95%C(I-4.65,-1.01),Z=3.05,P=0.002],差异有统计学意义。进行敏感性分析RR=1.32,95%C(I 1.23,1.42),Z=7.76,P<0.00001],差异有统计学意义。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合米诺地尔酊治疗轻型AA疗效更好,可有效降低SALT评分,不良反应较少。

Meta-analysis of Effectiveness and Safety of Compound Glycyrrhizic and Minoxidil Tincture for Alopecia Areata

Objective In order to systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of compound glycyrrhizic and minoxidil tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata(AA).Methods PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CBM and CNKI,randomized controlled trials(RCT)on compound glycyrrhizic and minoxidil tincture in the treatment of AA were included and compared.The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated and meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software.Results Twenty RCT involving 2026 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that compound glycyrrhizic and minoxidil tincture could treat AA.There were statistical differences in total efficiencyOR=3.87,95%CI(3.06,4.88),Z=11.34,P<0.00001]and the score of SALTSMD=-2.83,95%CI(-4.65,-1.01),Z=3.05,P=0.002].There were no statistical differences in adverse drug reaction in the two groupsRR=0.97,95%CI(0.64,1.45),Z=0.17,P=0.87].There were statistical differences in sensitivity analysis in the two groupsRR=1.32,95%CI(1.23,1.42),Z=7.76,P<0.00001].Conclusion According to the result of meta-analysis,compound glycyrrhizic and minoxidil tincture is better total efficiency than others in the clinical effects,and it can reduce the score of SALT,and has less adverse drug reaction.
