北京120新增65个急救站奥运期间运行效果分析

2008年北京奥运会期间120急救网络完善建设新增运转65个急救站，通过日常院外急救工作量及需求满足情况的数据分析、怀柔区连续两起突发事件的紧急救援和八达岭长城急性心梗外宾成功救治的典型案例介绍，对新增运转65个急救站的运行效果进行了分析。与2007年同期比较，全市120急救网络7月25日～8月24日受理呼救电话量增长7．31％，出车量增长12．97％，日均出车量由647次/d增加至731次／d；近距离派车无车数由平均40次/d减少至6次/d，呼叫满足率由94．2％上升至99．1％。新增运转65个急救站使日常院外急救需求进一步满足，突发事件紧急医疗救援能力显著提升，基层医院急诊急救能力明显增强。总结北京120新增65个急救站奥运期间运行效果分析认为，完善急救网络建设是提升急救呼叫满足率的根本，构建区域急救网络对于应对远郊区县突发事件更为有效，旅游景区应该成为院外急救关注的重点，依托型急救站有利于促进急救水平整体提高。为北京市院外急救网络建设与发展提供了思路和参考。

Effects of the 65 first-aid station newly established during the Beijing Olympic Games 2008

During the Beijing Olympic Games 2008 65 first-aid stations were newly established in the Beijing 120 network. The Huairou Emergency Sub-center successfully Supplied emergency rescue in 2 unexpected events and the Badaling Emergency Station successively treated a foreign guest with acute myocardial infarction during this period. Analysis of the effects of pre-hospital emergency medical rescue by these institutions showed that during the period from 25 July 2008 to 24 August there were an increase in accepted number of telephone call for help by 7.31%, and an increase in number of dispatch of ambulances by 12.97%. The average daily number of dispatch of ambulance increased from 647 times to 731 times, the average number of failure to dispatch ambulance in short distance decreased from 40 per day to 6 times per day, and the satisfaction rate in response to call increased from 94.2% to 99.1% （by 4.9%）. The addition of the 65 new first-aid stations helped meet the emergency needs of the masses, raise the emergency medical rescue ability of the community hospitals, and improve the distribution of emergency stations, especially in the outer suburbs. It is concluded that attention should be paid on the emergency care in the scenic spots and setting up first-aid station relying on hospital is propitious to advance the emergency level.
