摘    要:目的研究军事训练对武警某部新兵免疫学指标的影响。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法、全自动免疫分析法和流式细胞术,对军事训练前后武警某部新兵,外周血细胞因子含量、血清IgG、IgM水平以及T细胞亚群数量进行检测。结果军事训练前后,新兵免疫学指标存在一定变化。新兵训练应激期血清IL-2含量明显底于基础期(P〈0.05),血清IL-6、IL-8含量明显高于基础期(P〈0.05),新兵训练恢复期血清IgG含量明显高于基础期(P〈0.05),新兵训练应激期外周血CD4^+、CD8^+T淋巴细胞明显低于基础期(P〈0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+比值无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论军事训练可改变新兵免疫功能状态,免疫学指标检测,可作为军事应激机体生理功能监控的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of military exercises on immune parameters in recruit. Methods ELISA was employed to measure the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8. The percentage of CD4^+ , CD8^+T cell subsets from peripheral blood of recruit before and after the military exercises were assessed by flow cytometry.Results The immune function of recruit before and after the military exercises could show significant differences.Compared with that of before exercise, the production of IL-2 was declined significantly (P〈 0.05), accompanied with the increase of IL-6 and IL-8. Besides, the content of IgG was increased significantly (P〈 0.05) and the percentage of CD4^+ and CD8^+T cell subsets was declined significantly (P〈 0.05)after military exercises. Conclusion Military exercises can affect immune parameters of recruit which may serve the monitor the physiological function.
