检验医学资源配置模型在灾难救援中的应用研究

目的建立在国际应急救援中流动医院的检验医学资源配置模型，为灾难应急准备奠定科学依据。方法对巴基斯坦和印尼两个典型震例流动医院检验设备、检验项目及数量进行统计分析。根据两个震例的疾病谱作为建立模型的首要条件；地理气候特点作为首要影响因素，确定配置系数，建立检验医学资源配置模型。结果本研究共建立两种地理气候条件下的两类配置模型，共9个检验项目配置模块。检验项目所需人份（x）=救治人数（N）×检验项目傲治人数（R）。结论检验医学资源配置模型的建立为灾难应急准备提供了科学依据，也为中国国际救援队各种资源的科学配置提供思路。

Study of laboratory medicine resource allocation model in disaster rescue

Objective Set up the resource allocation model of the mobile hospitals in the international disaster rescue to furnish scientific basis for the preparation of disaster rescue. Methods An analysis was performed on the two typical cases of earthquake occurred in Pakistan and Indonesia respectively in equipments, items and quantity. The model was established based on diseases classification, specific geography climatic characteristics. Results This research established two configuration models under two typical geographical climate conditions and nine test project configuration modules. The required inspection items X = number of （N）number of inspection items/treatment number （R）. Conclusion The laboratory medicine resources allocation model provided scientific basis of the resources allocation of the laboratory medicine, as well as the ideas to scientific configuration of various resources for the Chinese International Rescuers.
