灾害应急医疗救援队救援能力考评系统设计与开发

为提高灾害应急医疗救援队救援能力水平，根据前瞻性、实用性、易行性、标准化、一体化的原则，针对反映救援队建设的救援队基础指标、医院支撑性指标、救援队建设与训练指标、桌面推演或现场模拟这四项指标，设计了“灾害应急医疗救援队救援能力考评系统”，以实现对单个救援队的自身分析、历史分析，多救援队的横向比较分析，区域分析和救援队筛选功能，达到提高救援队建设效率，规范建设标准，促进灾害应急救援建设水平全面提升的目的。

Designing of rescue capability evaluation system for the Disaster Emergency Medical Rescue Team

Bearing in the principle of being forward-looking, practical, flexible, standardizing, integrating,＆quot;Disaster Emergency Medical Rescue Team Rescue Capability Evaluation System＆quot;was designed to improve the level of medical rescue team’s disaster emergency rescue capability, aiming to reflect the four indicators in rescuing practice, rescue team basic indicators, hospital support indicators, rescue team building and training indicators, desktop maneuvers or field analog indicators. Individual analysis of the rescue team, historical analysis, comparative analysis of multi-lateral team, regional analysis and rescue team screening method was used to achieve the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the rescue team, standardizing the regulation, and promoting the overall development level of the disaster emergency rescue team.
