行放射线检查患者的心理评估及心理干预

目的探讨行放射线检查患者的心理因素、心理干预对检查结果的影响。方法将1200例放射线检查患者随机分为干预组和对照组各600例，干预组在检查的同时，采用心理治疗和认知疗法，根据焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）分别评估两组患者的心理状况。结果两组检查前后比较，干预组患者SAS、SDS标准分有显著性差异（P〈0．05），对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论心理因素在放射检查中的作用不可忽视，有效的心理干预能使患者检查顺利进行。

Psychological assessment and psychological intervention in patients with radiation examination

Objective To study the impact of psychological factors and psychological intervention of patients with radiation examination on the test results. Methods The 1200 cases were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 600 cases, respectively. While in the examination, the intervention group adopted psychological therapy and cognitive therapy, the psychological conditions of two group patients were assessed aaccording to self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）, respectively. Results There was significant difference in patients＇ SAS, SDS and standard scores between before and after psychological intervention in intervention group （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological assessment in patients with radiation examination can not be ignored; the effective psychological intervention can make patients examination proceeds smoothly.
