奥运场馆医疗保障特点与实施

在北京奥运会期间，本文作者带领由201名来自军、地医疗机构的医护人员组成的医疗团队，分成17个医疗站（点），急救车（组）9个，负责五棵松奥运场馆（篮球馆、棒球场及篮球训练馆）的医疗保障。设具有随机应变能力的医疗经理1人，经理助理1人，医疗副经理2人。预先进行过现场演练。在篮球测试赛中发现普通的诊断床和救护车长度对篮球运动员身高不匹配，经与奥组委卫生医疗处协商，为篮球馆配备加长诊床及宽敞型救护车。五棵松奥运场馆的观众日峰值达17万。医疗队为运动员、技术官员、奥运大家庭成员、媒体人员、观众以及志愿者和工作人员提供了初级医疗保健服务和应急医疗服务，圆满完成医疗保障任务。并曾抢救成功1例晕倒的美国记者。实践证明这种军地混合编组是很有效的。

Medical security practice in Olympic venues:features and experience

During the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the author led a team of medical workers composed of 201 persons from 26 military and civil medical institutions, 17 medical stations/spots stationed in 3 Olympic venues： the Basketball Gymnasium, Baseball Stadium, and Basketball Training Hall, and 9 ambulances or ambulance groups, with a medical manager with the ability to adjust to changing circumstance, one assistant manager, and 2 deputy medical managers. On-the-spot drills were held in advance. It was found in the basketball test events of that the diagnostic bed and ambulance were too short for the basketball player. After consultation with the Health Department of the Olympic Organization Committee extra length diagnostic bed and ambulance were developed. The daily peak value of spectators who visited the Wukesong Olympic venues amounted to 170 thousand person-times. Primary medical service and emergency medical rescue were provided to the athletes, technical officials, Olympic family members, media workers, spectators, volunteers, and other workers. The team fulfilled its mission satisfactorily. An American reporter who fell in a faint was successfully rescued. The practice showed that the system of mixed military and civil personnel force is effective.
