| 摘 要： | 目的：了解更昔洛韦（ganciclovir）治疗带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法：治疗组予更昔洛韦0．252次／d静脉滴注；对照组予阿昔洛韦0．25每8h静脉滴注；1、2、3、5、7天观察症状，体征，两组疗程均为7天。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是85．7％，66．4％，差异有显著性（P＜0．01），治疗组止痛效果明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：更昔洛韦治疗重症带状疱疹及以疼痛为主的带状疱疹是一个安全、高效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and security for herpes zoster treated with Ganciclovir.Methods Treatment group using ganciclovir 0.25 bid in vein,control group using aciclovir 0.25 q8h in vein.Symptom and sign were observed at 1,2,3,5,7 days after treatment.The course of therapy was both 7 days.Results Total effective ratio of teartment group and control group were 85.7%,66.4% respectively,and had significant variance(P<0.01).especially compared with that of control group,the effect of Ganciclovir in relieving pain was quick and obvious(P<0.01),and few adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir is a broad spectrum anti-virus drug,high effect,security,especially treating for heavy herpes zoster and herpes zoster with neuralgia. |
