药敏试验在泌尿生殖道支原体感染治疗中的作用分析

目的了解本地区非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎患者解脲脲原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的耐药情况,评价支原体药敏试验对临床治疗的意义。方法对231例患者进行支原体培养鉴定药敏一体化试剂盒检测、按照药敏结果选择用药的144例设为试验组,经支原体培养鉴定试剂盒检测、参照部颁治疗方案用药的87例设为对照组,进行相关数据的统计分析。结果试验组UU和MH对药物敏感性高的为美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素和司帕沙星,而对大观霉素、阿奇霉素和环丙沙星的耐药率均达50%以上。试验组的治愈率和病原体清除率均显著高于对照组(P<0.005和P<0.001)。结论支原体药敏试验对临床筛选药物和提高治愈率作用确切,在支原体感染病例的治疗中普及药敏试验是必要的。

Analysis on the Effect of Drug Sensitivity Test in Treatment on Urogenital Tract Mycoplasma Infection

Objective To understand drugs resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and mycoplasma hominis(MH)from the urogenital samples of local nongonococcal urethritis (cervicitis) patients.To discuss the practical effect of the clinical treatment by mycoplasma drug sensitivity test.Methods The 144 cases of all the 231 cases were set to be the experiment group which used “mycoplasma culture identify and drugs susceptibility” IST kits,according to the results choose drugs.The rest 87 cases were set to be the control group which used “culture and identify” kits, obey the treatment Rx issued by the ministry of health to choose drugs.Using the two groups’ related data to do the statistical analysis.Results In experiment group,the high sensitive rates of UU and MH to drugs were Minocycline,Doxycycline,Josamycin and Sparfloxacin.Whereas, Spectinomycin,Azithromycin and Ciprofloxacin resistance rates were 50% over.By comparison, the experiment group’s curative ratio and mycoplasma clearance was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.005 and P<0.001).Conclusion The mycoplasma drug sensitivity test has the firmly effect of drug choosing and curative ratio raising,it’s necessary to popularize the drug sensitivity test in the treatment of mycoplasma infection cases.
