卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效及作用机制的研究

目的　研究卡介菌多糖核酸 (BCG PSN)对尖锐湿疣 (CA)临床疗效及血清IL 10、IFN γ水平的影响。方法　双抗体夹心ELISA技术检测正常人及CA患者 (BCG组和对照组 )治疗前后血清IL 10、IFN γ水平。结果　治疗前CA患者血清IL 10水平明显高于正常人 ,IFN γ水平明显低于正常人 ,二者间呈显著负相关。BCG组治疗后IL 10水平显著降低 ,IFN γ水平显著升高 ,而对照组治疗前后的IL 10、IFN γ水平差异无显著性 ,且复发率高于BCG组。结论　CA患者存在Th1/Th2型细胞因子失衡 ,BCG PSN可通过纠正此种细胞因子失衡而改善患者的细胞免疫功能 ,提高临床治疗效果。

Effect fo BCG-PSN on Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To study the effect of BCG-PSN on the patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Double-antibody sandwich ELISA was used to study the serum levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10)and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)in normal people and CA patient (before and after treatment with or without BCG-PSN).Results Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-10 were significantly higher,while the levels of IFN-γ were significantly lower than that in normal people.There was a significantly negative correlation between IL-10 and IFN-γ.After treatment, the levels of IL-10 in the BCG group were decreased while the levels of IFN-γ were increased.There was no significant changes in comparing group.Conclusion Treatment with BCG-PSN can adjust the unbalant cytokine production in CA patient.
