迟发性或持久性女性痤疮患者血清性激素水平的研究

目的 探讨迟发性或持久性女性痤疮患者体内性激素的改变。方法 采用放射免疫分析法，对２５岁以后发病或病程超过５年的３２例女性痤疮患者黄体期血清中８种性激素进行了测定，并以３０例正常女性徐为对照。结果 患者组睾酮、雌烯二酮、硫酸脱氢表雄酮均显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１）；雌二醇、孕酮、泌乳素、卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素无明显变化（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 生激素升高可能是女性疮疮迟发和持久不愈的主要原因。

Study of Serum Sex Hormones Level in Women with Late-Onset or Persistent Acne.

Objective To study the serum sex hormones changes in women with late onset or persistent acne.Methods The serum levels of 8 kinds of sex hormone in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle were measured with radioimmunoassay in 32 female patients suffered from acne for more than 5 years or beyond the age of 25 years,compared with that of 30 healthy control subjucts.Results The results revealed that the levels of testosterone,androstenedione, and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in patient were significantly higher than those in the control subjucts( P <0.001).The levels of estradiol,progesterone,prolactin,follicle stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone showed no significant differences between patients and control subjucts( P >0.05).Conclusion The study indicates that the hyperandrogenaemia may be the major factor which causes the late onset or persistent acne in women.
