| 摘 要： | 目的了解泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(UU)对抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导临床合理用药。方法对本院门诊403例UU阳性患者的药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果药敏试验中,美满霉素、克拉霉素、强力霉素及交沙霉素敏感率较高,依次为96.28%,95.53%,95.53%和90.82%,对氧氟沙星、司帕沙星、罗红霉素及阿奇霉素的耐药率较高,分别为19.85%,18.11%,12.66%和10.92%。结论治疗UU感染,临床应结合药敏试验合理用药,可以首选美满霉素、克拉霉素、强力霉素及交沙霉素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the drug-sensitivity of mycoplasma among patients with sexually transmitted disease in BeiJing,and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods 403 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection among outpatients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The drug-sensitivity test of 9 antibiotics showed that the high sensitivity rates in minocycline,clathyromycin,doxycycline and josamycin were 96.3%,95.6%,95.5% and 90.8% respectively;the resistance rates in ofloxacin,sparfloxacin,roxithromycin and azithromycin were 19.9%,18.1%,12.7% and 10.9% respectively.Conclusion The therapy of mycoplasma infection should be based on the results of mycoplasma culture and its drug-sensitivity test,minocycline,clathyromycin,doxycycline and josamycin may be used as the first choice for the treatment of the UU infection. |
