江苏省不同档次场所暗娼梅毒及艾滋病感染状况分析

目的了解江苏省不同层次女性性工作者人群特征、艾滋病相关知识、行为及梅毒、艾滋病病毒感染等现状。方法对江苏省10926名暗娼分别进行问卷调查,抽取静脉血进行梅毒、HIV和HCV检测,采用Excel2007和SPSS15.0统计学软件对江苏省2011年暗娼人群监测资料进行整理和分析。结果 10926名暗娼中经确认试验发现艾滋病病毒感染者7例,阳性率为0.06%,梅毒ELISA初筛阳性1179例,阳性率10.80%,梅毒TRUST复检阳性581例,阳性率5.32%,丙肝阳性68例,阳性率0.62%,不同档次暗娼的梅毒及HCV感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低中档暗娼明显高于高档暗娼。结论江苏省暗娼人群梅毒感染率较高,安全套使用率依然较低,增加了HIV感染的可能性,加强对暗娼人群的行为干预和监测至关重要。

Syphilis and HIV Infection Status Among Female Sex Workers in Jiangsu Province

Objective To study the characteristics of female sex workers and their HIV/AIDS knowledge,behavior,and the status of HIV/syphilis infection in Jiangsu province.Methods Questionnaire,HIV and syphilis tests were conducted in 10 926 FSW;Excel database was established and statistical analysis of data was performed with SPSS 15.0 software.Results Seven HIV infections(0.06%),1 179 ELISA positive detection(10.80%) and 581 TRUST positive detection(5.32%)for syphilis had been confirmed among 10 916 FSWs.Infection rate of syphilis and HCV had significant difference between low price FSWs and high price FSWs(P<0.05).Conclusion High syphilis infection rate and low condom use among FSWs in Jiangsu Province would increase HIV spreading,monitoring and intervention for HIV among FSWs are very important for HIV control.
