自制生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的临床与实验观察

目的观察自制生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的疗效,并通过动物实验,观察其毒性、皮肤刺激性和过敏性反应。方法将60例剥脱性唇炎患者按2:1的比例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例,治疗组用自制生肌膏,对照组用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,均外用3周后观察临床疗效。选皮肤正常及破损的家兔各20只,均分为5组,观察自制生肌膏的皮肤急性毒性反应;家兔8只分为2组,观察自制生肌膏对家兔完整及破损皮肤的刺激反应;豚鼠42只分为3组,观察自制生肌膏的皮肤过敏反应;NIH小鼠30只分为2组,观察自制生肌膏对NIH小鼠口服急性毒性实验。结果治疗组有效率为60.00%;对照组有效率为40.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自制生肌膏对家兔完整及破损皮肤无任何急性毒性反应,未出现明显刺激反应,豚鼠皮肤也未见过敏反应,口服生肌膏对NIH小鼠无急性毒性反应。结论生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎安全有效。

Clinical and Pharmacological Experimental Observation on Granulation Promoting Plaster for Exfoliative Cheilitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of granulation promoting plaster on treating exfoliative cheilitis,and to explore its toxicity and side-effects in the animals through pharmacological experiments.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases,administered with granulation promoting plaster for 3 weeks) and the control group(20 cases,administered with hydrocortisone butyrate lipocream for 3 weeks).An experiment was set up on fillip,toxicity,hypersusceptibility of skin and acute toxicity after oral administration of the drug.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 60.00%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 40.00%.There was no staitistical difference between the treatment group and the control group.granulation promoting plaster didn't show toxicity and side-effects by external use or taking orally in the short term.Conclusion Granulation promoting plaster is safe and effective in treating exfoliative cheilitis.
