尖锐湿疣患者复发影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的　探讨尖锐湿疣 (CA)近期复发和远期复发的影响因素。方法　使用秩和检验和Logistic回归分析 ,筛选出近远期复发的影响因素。结果　 5年内性伴数多、疣体数多、常进食辛辣刺激食物、吸烟量多、伴发其他疾病、职业为教师和个体工商业者的患者近期复发率较高 ;首诊未到正规医院、年龄大、二氧化碳激光加干扰素治疗次数多、5年内性伴数多者远期复发率较高 ,初次发病年龄小和首次治疗方案为二氧化碳激光加干扰素者远期复发率较低。结论　减少性伴数、禁食辛辣刺激食物、戒烟和积极治疗其他疾病可降低近期复发率 ,到正规医院就诊、减少性伴数和首次治疗用二氧化碳激光加干扰素治疗可降低远期复发率。

Influencing Factors on Recurrence Analyzed by Logistic Regression in Patients with Condylomata Acuminata

Objective To explore the influencing factors of CA recurrence and long term recurrence.Methods Data were analyzed by rank sum test and Logistic regression,so as to screen influencing factors.Results More sexual partners, more lesions, favoring peppery food,smoking, immune suppression status, teacher and businessman contributed to CA recurrence. Visiting unofficial hospital, ripe old age,the number of curing by interferon and Carbon dioxide laser and more sexual partners within five years contributed to long term recurrence.Young age of first incidence and original treatment by interferon and Carbon dioxide laser reduced the long term recurrent rate.Conclusion Less sexual partners,less peppery food,quitting smoking and curing other diseases decreases CA recurrence. Visiting official hospital, less sexual partners and curing by interferon and Carbon dioxide laser decreases the long term recurrent rate.
