8种抗菌药物体外抗解脲支原体与人型支原体的活性研究

摘    要:目的指导临床合理用药。方法采用肉汤稀释方法,测定8种抗菌药物对20株解脲支原体(UU)、20株人型支原体(MH)体外抗菌作用效果。结果交沙霉素有较强的抗UU与MH作用。其MIC50与MIC90为0.25~2mg/L和0.125~0.5mg/L。强力霉素抗UU的MIC50与MIC90为4mg/L与32mg/L,抗MH为2mg/L和4mg/L。氧氟沙星抗UU的MIC50与MIC90为8mg/L与16mg/L,抗MH为2mg/L和4mg/L。MH对罗红霉素与阿奇红霉素有高度抵抗作用,MIC50与MIC90为64mg/L与128mg/L。5株UU、4株MH对四环素高度耐药,其MIC50与MIC90为64mg/L与128mg/L和32mg/L与64mg/L,对强力霉素与美满霉素也呈高度抵抗,MIC90为16~32mg/L,但对氧氟沙星较为敏感,MIC90为4mg/L。结论本研究提示MH的耐药性检测,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective In order to instrust rational application of antibiotics clinically.Methods Antibacterial activities of 8 antimicrobial agents against 20 strains of Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU),20 strains of Mycoplasma hominis (MH) were determined using the broth dilution.Results Jasamycin was highly active against UU and MH for UU MIC 50 was 0.25mg/L and MIC 90 2mg/L,and for MH MIC 50 was 0.125mg/L and MIC 90 0.5mg/L,Doxycycline was active against UU(MIC 50 to MIC 90 ,4 to 32mg/L),whereas the MIC 50 to MIC 90 for MH was 2 to 4mg/L.Ofloxacin was active against UU,MIC 90 for MH was 2 to 4mg/L.ofloxacin was active against UU,MIC 50 8mg/L and MIC 90 16mg/L against MH,MIC 50 2mg/L and MIC 90 4mg/L.MH was higly resistant to roxithromycin and azithromycin(MIC 50 64mg/L and MIC 90 128mg/L).Five strains of UU and 4 strains of MH ware higly resistant to tetracycline (MIC 50 64 and 32mg/L,MIC 90 128 and 64mg/L)and yet still resistant to doxycycline and minocycline (MIC 90 16 to 32mg/L),but sensitive to ofloxacin (MIC 90 4mg/L).Conclusion The results suggested that resistant determination of MH important significance to clinical drug treatment.
