| 摘 要： | 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及多系统和器官的自身免疫性疾病,单克隆抗体(McAb)作为一种生物制剂,靶向作用于细胞表面疾病相关抗原及特定抗体,阻断B细胞活化和T细胞共刺激因子,从而减少自身抗体的产生,具有针对性强,副作用少的优点,近年已开始应用于治疗SLE,本文对其进行综述。

| Abstract: | Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune rheumatic disease with multi-organ involvement. Monoclonal antibody(McAb),as a kind of biological agents, targeting on the disease-associated antigen and specific antibodies of cell surface,blocks the activation of B cell and costimulating factors of T cell so as to reduce autoantibodies producing.With target specificity and fewer side effects,McAb has a wonderful outlook in the treatment of SLE. |
