523例泌尿生殖道感染者支原体培养及药敏分析

对性病门诊５２３例患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了支原体培养和药敏及沙眼衣原体检测。结果：支原体培养阳性者１５５例（２９．６％），ＵＵ感染为１２２例（２３．３％），显著高于ＭＨ感染（５例，１．０％）和ＵＵ＋ＭＨ混合感染（２８例，５．４％）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。在１５５例支原体培养阳性患者中合并ＣＴ感染者２５例（１６．１１％），９４．８％的患者有不同程度耐药。作者对上述病例不同性别、年龄的支原体感染、合并感染对药敏结果进行了分析与讨论

Mycoplasma Culture of 523 Patients with Urogenital Tract Infection and Drug Sensitive Analysis.

Urogenital specimens from 523 patients attending sexually transmitted diseases(STD) were evaluated by the isolation of U.urealyticum (UU) and M.hominis (MH),C.Trachomatis (CT).The results showed that 155 of 523 (29.6%) were infected with mycopasma,UU infection (122 cases,23.3%)was found significantly higher than MH infection (5 cases,1.0%) or mixed infection of both UU and MH (28 cases,5.4%)(P<0.01).co infection of CT was noticed in 25 (16.1%) patients,in whom mycoplasma were positive 147 of 155(94.8%), insensitive to drug in various extent.The authors analysed and discussed above mentioned problems,especially mycoplasma infection of different sex,age,and mixed infection,drug sensitive results.
