| 摘 要： | 目的：为了比较这两种常用的检测方法并分析其优缺点。方法：应用培养法和多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）对６４例患者的标本进行解脲支原体检测。结果：两种检测方法的符合率为９０．６２％，差别没有显著性（０．５＜Ｐ＜０．７５），提示培养法和ＰＣＲ法都是检测解脲支原体的有效方法，临床上应根据具体情况加以选择。

Comparison of cultivation and PCR for detection of ureaplasma urealyticum from urogenital tract. |

| Abstract: | Objective:In ordar to compare two methods in common use to detect UU and to analyse their merits and demerits.Method:Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) was detected by methods of cultivation and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique from 64 patients in this study.Results:The results of these two methods matched to 90.62%(0.5< P <0.75).Conclusion:Cultivation and PCR are efficient means to detect UU.they can be used based on clinical situation. |
