| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染与原发性混合型冷球蛋白血症 (EMC)发病的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)、聚合酶链反应 (PCR)法检测 45例EMC患者血清HCV感染情况。结果 ELISA法检测HCV抗体阳性率为 75 .5 6% ,PCR法检测HCV RNA阳性率为 77.78%。结论 EMC的发生可能与HCV感染有关

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association of hepatitis C virus(HCV) and essential mixed cryoglobulinemia (EMC).Methods The infection of HCV in 45 patients with EMC as well as 20 normal control were detect by ELISA and PCR methods.Results The HCVAb positive rate of patients was 75.56% by ELISA method and HCV-RNA positive rate was 77.78% by RT-PCR method. Conclusion It was indicated that the infection of HCV might be connected with EMC. |
