| 摘 要： | 患者男,61岁。左上肢多发性结节2年。皮损组织病理示:瘤组织位于真皮层,呈结节状,结节中心坏死,坏死周边肿瘤细胞呈上皮样或梭形,核分裂相易见。免疫组化染色示:CK(2+),EMA(2+),Vim(+),CD34(3+),CD31(+)。诊断:上皮样肉瘤。 |

| Abstract: | The patient was a sixty-one years old man.He had suffered from multiple nodules on his left upper limb for 2 years.Histopathology:tumor tissue was in the dermis and appeared as nodular,with necrotized centre.The tumor cells around necrosis showed epithelioid or spindle,and mitosis was obvious.Immunohistochemical staining:showed CK(2+),EMA(2+),Vim(+),CD34(3+),CD31(+).Diagnosis:Epithelioid Sarcoma. |
