| 摘 要： | 色素性皮肤病与黑素细胞的发育、分化、增殖及活性密切相关。表皮细胞产生自分泌及旁分泌的细胞因子网络对黑素细胞的功能起到重要的调节作用。本文综述了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、干细胞因子、内皮素、白细胞介素-1对黑素细胞功能的影响,进一步探讨了上述细胞因子在色素性皮肤病发病机制中的作用,为色素病的治疗提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Pigmented skin disease is closely related with development,differentiation,proliferation and activity of melanocytes.Melanogenic paracrine or autocrine cytokine networks play an important role in regulating melanocyte function.Here,we reviewed the effect of the basic fibroblast growth factor,stem cell factor,endothelin and interleukin-1 on the melanocyte to further explore the role of the cytokines in the pathogenesis of pigmented dermatoses and provide new insights into therapy. |
