363株支原体药敏实验及药敏谱分析

摘    要:目的:测定支原体的药物敏感性并分析药敏谱。方法:微量肉汤稀释法测定支原体的药物敏感性。结果:363株支原体中,解脲支原体对10种抗生素的敏感性由高至低依次为:交沙霉素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、可乐必妥、四环素、氧氟沙星;人型支原体对交沙霉素、喹诺酮类、强力霉素的敏感性分别为100%、75%、62.5%;解脲、人型支原体混合感染者中,支原体对交沙霉素的敏感性为84.2%;人型及混合感染支原体对其他抗生素的敏感性低下。广州地区药物敏感性居前的抗生素依次为交沙霉素、阿奇霉素和罗红霉素。本研究中,解脲支原体对红霉素和乙酰螺旋霉素的敏感性分别为70.2%和54.3%。结论:交沙霉素是治疗支原体感染的首选药物;喹诺酮类药物可作为治疗人型支原体感染的一线药物;红霉素和乙酰螺旋霉素可作为本地区临床用药选择。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the susceptibility to antibiotics and analysis antibiotic sensitivity spectrum on mycoplasma. Methods: The drug susceptibility of mycoplasma to antimicrobial agents were determined by mircrobroth dilution assay. Results: In 363 strains of mycoplasma, the susceptibility order to 10 antibiotics from high to low in Uu was josamycin, azithromycin, roxithromycin, erythromycin, spiramycin, doxycycline, minocycline, levofloxacin, tetracycline and loxacin. The susceptibility rate in Mh to josamycin, quinolones, doxycycline was 100%, 75% and 62.5% respectively. The sensitivity rate in both Uu and Mh to josamycin was 84.2% . The most susceptible antibiotic to Uu was josamycin and azithromycin, roxithromycin, In our study, the drug susceptibility of Uu to erthromycin and spiramycin was 70.2% and 54.3% respectively. Conclusion:The best antibiotic for mycoplasma infection was josamycin. Quinolones were precedently selected for Mh infection. Erythromycin and spiramycin were the second line selected in treatment of Uu infection.
