摘    要:目的:研究天津高三教师的心理健康、人格特征状况。方法:应用SCL-90、EPQ测评了337名高三教师。结果:教师的心理健康水平在躯体化、抑郁、精神病性和阳性项目数显著高于全国常模(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);EPQ中的N量表和P量表与SCL-90总分及多项因子分明显相关。结论:良好的人格特征对教师提高工作效率非常重要。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship of mental health and personality characteristics of Grade Three teachers of senior high school in Tianjin.Methods: 337 teachers in Grade Three of senior high school were investigated with Symptom Check List-90(scl-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and the relationship was studied between the teachers' psychological health and personality.Results: The analysis showed the scores of SCL-90 were higher than the Chinese norm,in somatization,depression,masculine scores factors,etc;there were significant correlation between the total scores of SCL-90 and EPQ(EPQ-P,EPQ-N).Conclusion: Favorable personality characteristic is very important to raise working efficiency of teachers.
