| 摘 要： | 目的调查突发群体性暴力事件中无辜受伤者及其亲人的心理健康状况,探讨有效的心理干预模式。方法采用事件冲击量表、睡眠量表及90项症状清单,对68名无辜受伤者及其49名亲人进行调查。结果无辜受伤者及其亲人上述量表总分及各因子分明显偏高(P0.001),采取相应的心理干预措施后分值下降(P0.001)。结论突发群体性暴力事件中无辜受伤者及其亲人有较多的心理问题,进行团体及个别心理干预与辅导,可取得较好效果。 |

Survey on Mental Health Status of the Injured and Their Relatives in Sudden Mass Incident |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate mental health status of the injured and their relatives in sudden mass incident and explore effective psychological intervention model.Methods Using Impact of Event Scale, Sleep Scale and the list of 90 symptoms,a total of 68 innocent injured and their 49 relatives were investigated.Results Total score and factor scores of the above scale of these innocent injured and their relatives were high,and decreased after appropriate measures of psychological intervention.Conclusion The innocent injured in violent incidents and their relatives have more psychological problems.group and individual psychological intervention and counseling can achieve better results. |
