远岛守卫的士兵和士官身心健康状况比较

目的比较远岛守卫士兵和士官身心健康状况。方法运用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和一般情况调查表进行测量和调查。结果远岛守卫士兵和士官存在可疑心理问题的人数较多;远岛守卫士兵和士官在SCL-90各个因子上的得分差异在统计学上不具有显著性（z=-0.569,-0.409,-0.302,-1.342,-0.38,-427,-0.593,-0.808,-1.474,-0.835,-0.102;P〉0.05）,254名守卫战士中有43人存在可疑心理问题;远岛守卫的士兵和士官存在可疑心理问题的人数经卡方检验,差异在统计学上不具有显著性（χ2==0.7641,P〉0.05）。结论远岛守卫士兵和士官存在可疑心理问题的人数较多,但士兵和士官在心身健康方面的差异不明显。

Comparison of Physical and Mental Health Conditions between Garrison Soldiers and Non-commissioned Officers in Remote Islands

Objective To compare physical and mental health conditions between garrison soldiers and non-commissioned officers in remote islands.Methods Applying SCL-90 and general condition questionnaires to undertake investigation.Results Many garrison soldiers and non-commissioned officers in remote islands had the probility of psychological problems.The difference in SCL-90 scores between soldiers and non-commissioned officers did not show statistical significance（z=-0.569,-0.409,-0.302;-1.342,-0.38,-427,-0.593,-0.808,-1.474,-0.835,-0.102;P0.05）.There were 43 in 254 garrison soldiers and non-commissioned officers had doubtful psychological problem（16.93%）.Applying chi square test,the populations with doubtful psychological problems,among soldiers and non-commissioned officers respectively,did not indicate statistically significant differene（χ2==0.7641,P0.05）.Conclusion Although many garrison soldiers and non-commissioned officers in remote islands suffer from doubtful psychological problems,the difference in physical and mental health conditions between garrison soldiers and non-commissioned officers is not significant.
