| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸文拉法辛对躯体形式障碍的临床疗效及副反应。方法采用随机分组的方法，将114例躯体形式障碍患者分为文拉法辛组57例，丙米嗪组57例，治疗8周，用HAMD和TESS评定疗效和副反应。结果文拉法辛组与丙米嗪组对躯体形式障碍的起效时间有显著性差异（P〈0.05），副反应方面有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论SNRI与TCAs之间比较对躯体形式障碍有效、安全、起效快，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects and side effects of venlafaxine in treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods 114 patient with somatoform disorders were randomly divided into venlafaxine(57 patients) and impramine(57 patients) group,and treated for 8 weeks.The clinical effects and side effects were tested with HAMD and TESS.Results The clinical effect of venlafaxine were similar to impramine.The paroxetine had less side effects than impramine(P<0.01).Conclusion Venlafaxine is an effective drug with fewer side effects in the treatment of somatoform disorders. |
