大专生社会支持、人际信任与应对方式的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨大专生社会支持、人际信任度与应对方式之间的相关关系。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对某大专院校339名在校大学生用社会支持评定量表、人际信任量表以及应对方式量表进行评定。结果1城镇与农村大专生在主观支持感方面存在显著差异(t=-2.581,P=0.01);2不同性别的大专生在主观支持感和支持总分方面呈现显著差异(t=-3.841,P=0.001和t=-2.274,P=0.024);3独生子女与非独生子女大专生在应对方式上,求助、退避和幻想3个因子呈现显著的性别差异(t=-2.551,P=0.011;t=-3.198,P=0.002;t=-2.077,P=0.039);4社会支持水平中解决问题、求助、退避与应对方式之间存在显著差异(F=6.386,P=0.002;F=29.144,P=0;F=3.864,P=0.022);人际信任水平与应对方式中的解决问题这一因子呈显著性的差异(F=3.115,P=0.046)。结论大专生人际信任度分数偏低;应对方式以积极的应对方式为主,6个因子中,解决问题、自责和求助这3个因子与社会支持和人际信任度的关系更为密切;解决问题和求助因子分较高的大专生在社会支持和人际信任度也较高;而倾向于使用自责这一应对方式的大专生的社会支持和人际信任度则较低。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation among social support, interpersonal trust and copying style of college students. Methods To survey on the cluster random samples of 339 students of a college in Guangzhou by questionnaires on social support, interpersonal trust and copying style. Results (1)The subjective support showed significant difference between students from cities and countryside(t=-2. 581,=0. 01). (2)The total scores in SSRS ( social support rating scale ) showed statistic significant differ- ence between only-child and non-only-child college students. (3)Among the copying measures, the three factors of help-seeking, avoidance and illusion showed difference between different sexes (t=-2. 551 ,P= 0. 011 ; t=-3. 198 ,P=0. 002 ;t =-2. 077,P= 0. 039). (4)The interpersonal trust also had significant difference in the factor of problem-solving (F= 6. 386,P= 0. 002;F= 29. 144, P=0;F= 3. 864 ,P= 0. 022), namely the subjects of interpersonal trust were more likely to face difficulties in the help of problemsolving strategy (F=3. 115,P=0. 046). Conclusion First, compared with the other researches of the same kind, the total score of college students is about the same on social support, while that of interpersonal trust is a bit lower. Second, college students tend to take active copying measures, whose six factors, especially the three factors of problem solving, self-reproach and help- seeking,are more elosely related to social support and interpersonal trust. Third, those college students who score higher in problem-solving and help-seeking tend to have more social support and interpersonal trust, whereas those who prefer to self-reproach have less social support and interpersonal trust.
